Steps
1-Restart your phone.
2-Dial #7370
3-When asked for a security code, enter your security code.
* The Nokia default security code is 12345.
* Once security code is set, your phone will restart automatically and should now be formatted.
4-Select your country.
5-Correct your time and date.
Warnings
* If you don't know your security code is, or forgot the security code, then you should try to hard format the phone with these instructions. Switch off the phone then press "*" "3" call button on your phone and press the on/off button simultaneously.
